What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?

If you can think of a special use case, it can handle it. You just need a little creativity, a little know how (they also have an extensive library of courses for Admins to learn from) and patience. And if you lack any of that, Cornerstone has a community of users at the ready to help answer any questions or solve any problems you may have. What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?

Sometimes it feels like it can do so much, but not exactly what you need it to do. Dealing with annual training requirements is still tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cornerstone allows my users to easily search and self-enroll in training that is relevant to my users. It gives my instructors the power to handle their own rosters, set up their own classes and easily communicate with their students. The dynamic groups give me the ability to prescribe training to a body of users that have commonalities in their user record that aren't easy to identify on a enterprise-wide basis, when only a segment of the population is initially identified.
