## Cornerstone Learning Reviews
 ### 1. All Training, Courses, and Tasks in One Place with Cornerstone Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nijat I. | Full-stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

In the end, I mostly relied on Cornerstone Learning for my internal training and onboarding, and it didn't take long before I realized that everything I need regarding my courses, tasks, and even the course completion process were all placed in one area. It was easy for me because there was no need to search for links or files; I would just have to check into the site, and everything would be right there at my fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

This did not come across as being very intuitive right from the start. I recall taking some extra time navigating through the site simply to locate particular sections or information about courses and status updates. The navigation process may be slightly awkward, as it sometimes takes several clicks to navigate through basic information. Furthermore, not all the courses offered seemed to blend seamlessly into the system; some had a different presentation altogether, while others loaded up differently. This was somewhat disturbing, but it was not enough to ruin my experience entirely. In addition, having numerous training sessions scheduled made navigation cumbersome.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it, training was scattered — some materials were in documents, some in emails, and it wasn’t always clear what had been completed. With Cornerstone Learning, everything is tracked in one place, so I don’t have to guess what I’ve done or what’s still pending. It made onboarding smoother and reduced the need to follow up with managers or HR for basic information. In practice, it just removed a lot of small friction from the learning process and made it easier to stay on top of required training without extra coordination.

 ### 2. Functional Platform with Room for AI Improvements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica C. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I like the ease of uploading courses and assigning them to our users. We mostly use third-party training courses to train our team members on compliance topics, and with Cornerstone Learning, we can easily upload these courses and assign them out to our team members using the Learning Assignment Tool.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone Learning isn't as modern as newer LMS systems. We wish it had more AI capabilities that are easy to find and use. The system is so complex that it makes it difficult to find the tools we need. Also, the look and feel of Cornerstone hasn't been updated in a while, and while they say these things are coming, you would think AI functions would have been at the top of their list to implement.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone Learning provides a platform to host online learning, allowing us to easily upload and assign third-party compliance training courses to our team members.

 ### 3. Solid Curriculum Management That Scales with Your Learning Catalog

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco M. | Senior Project & Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

The content organization and curriculum management tools are solid. Being able to structure learning paths by role, product area, or certification level gives learners a clear sense of progression, and it keeps the admin experience manageable even as the catalog grows.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

The reporting module is functional, but it has clear limitations when it comes to building truly custom reports. Getting the exact data cut I need often requires workarounds or exporting to Excel for additional manipulation, which isn’t ideal—especially when I need quick, reliable insights to share with stakeholders.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem Cornerstone solves for us is centralizing product education for a global audience of customers and partners. Before we had a dedicated learning hub, our training delivery was fragmented: formats were inconsistent, there was no tracking, and we didn’t have a scalable way to certify knowledge of our platform.

 ### 4. Central organization, but UI could be more intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio D. | Human Resources Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

What I like most is that everything is centrally and clearly bundled at Cornerstone Learning. I can track the learning progress well without constantly having to manually follow up. This helps me to better manage mandatory training and onboarding and to track progress more easily. Additionally, the connection is most important to me because it measures sports time and also takes effort into account. It simply makes it clear to keep an overview, which saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

For me, the interface is not entirely intuitive in some places, so you have to familiarize yourself with it before everything runs smoothly. Also, the zoom function and the evaluation of reports could be clearer.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cornerstone Learning for mandatory training, onboarding, and to centrally track learning progress, which saves me from manual coordination and saves time.

 ### 5. Customizable Training Platform That Scales Technical Skills Across the Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ark M. | Human Resources Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I like that you can customize it to fit how you want to help employees learn and improve their skills, especially when you want to focus on a very technical skill and scale that training across the team.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

The platform isn’t as straightforward as it seems, and it’s not something you can easily use right away. Even though it offers customization, you still need an expert from their team to set it up properly and tailor it to what works best for your company.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it’s been helpful for upskilling team members. It actually helps us identify each other’s weaknesses, and it allows us to use the platform to improve and boost everyone’s work efficiency.

 ### 6. Intuitive Platform, Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim C. | Sr HRIS Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I like that Cornerstone Learning is efficiently designed and very user-friendly. It's integrated well with our core HR system, which helps in reminding employees to finish required trainings and keeps their managers up to date on progress. The data integrations are often and smooth, allowing updated information like manager reporting relationships and job changes to settle into Cornerstone quickly, providing the correct required trainings. The initial setup of Cornerstone Learning was very easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

The cost was a bit high and sometimes we had trouble getting support on problems from the Cornerstone team. Just slow reply or incomplete answers.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cornerstone Learning for pushing required compliance trainings and enhancing employee skills. It's user-friendly, integrates well with our HR system, and ensures managers stay updated on training progress.

 ### 7. Manager, Product Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick P. | Manager, Product Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone is a great HR tool as it allows leaders to see employee's skills. This allows leaders to quickly review talents that are already in house.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone can be cumbersome at times due to the complexity of the user interface. When using it for Performance and Talent, the UI forces the user to go through multiple screens.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone solves the challenge of managing training, compliance, and skills by providing a unified platform. It enables it allows automation that will boost retention and productivity for your teams.

 ### 8. Modern, Centralized Learning with HRIS Integration—But Setup Can Feel Rigid

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrianna R. | HRIS Implementation Specialist II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Centralized learning & personalized learning pathways, ideal for expanding organizations, integrated well with HRIS and also has a modern UI. Change enable not just a tool.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Bit complex integration and implementation. Somewhat high cost for licensing fee, support etc,. Rigid, limited flexibility without customization causing the experience to feel overwhelming

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved quality with less errors, stronger governance, better workforce planning, increased productivity, stronger talent development, great analytics on completion rates, performance and learning impact.

 ### 9. User-Friendly, AI-Driven Workforce Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiv K. | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I like the artificial intelligence in Cornerstone Learning. The workforce management software is also user-friendly and AI-driven. It's easy for new learners.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

I think Cornerstone Learning could be better by adding customization and configuration options. I would also like to have some real-time work features so I can add them to my project.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cornerstone Learning for better career growth and staying updated over time. It's user-friendly, AI-driven, and enhances workforce management.

 ### 10. Bespoke Learning Assignments and Flexible Multilingual Curriculums

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Able to create bespoke learning assignments and set up courses in curriculums, where users can then select the language variation they wish to use when taking the course

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Have had issues with complicated learning assignments, but these may be more to do with our internal structure than Cornerstone itself. Also when someone is marked as exempt from a course, it is permanent rather than for the current assignment period

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Cornerstone allows us to set up courses on a regular cycle, all with different assignment rules and different frequency for retraining. The automated reminder emails ensure that people are aware when courses are due

 ### 11. Great for compliance - horrible for the end-user

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael A. | Training Portfolio Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

It's a great platform when you want to demonstrate compliance - but that's it. If you plan to use it, do this: Use it out of the box - adapt your processes to how the system works - not the other way around.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Note: Most people writing reviews about Cornerstone are not end-users (learners). Learners suffer horribly in Cornerstone.

Where do I begin? I've seen it twice now in my different employments.
It has a horrible end-user interface making me doubt that those who built it even have UX designers employed. Things are not logical - at all. Buttons that are essential are not clear, the learning flow is off. I could go on and on.

Writing this (July 2025) relaunching courses by just clicking "Launch" from a curriculum is not possible. The button now says "Request" which doesn't make sense - as you've already viewed the course once. Why would you need to request it? It then sends an approval request that is missed by the ueres' manager. An LMS where you can't revisit your eLearning without a Phd in UX... I lack a proper vocabulary for describing this.

When making Cornerstone aware of issues (like notes(!) not visible to all users) - nothing happens. It's a system for compliance for crying out loud - so things should be tested before launching new features - it seems like they don'ty do that - at all.

It says it all that we have an army of support people employed to answer questions about the use of the system. The new curriculum player 2.0 used to display learning content looks like it was created by someone who doesn't understand how online learning works. The learner should see the course they are taking - nothing else. They don't care about progress in the curriculum while they are trying to learn something - it's like reading a book with commercials in it.

On a normal laptop, the space allowed for the actual learning part (the online course) is so limited, that you need a magnifying glass to view it, if your screen isn't at least 21 inches. Yes, you can click a very small highlighted text so the course launches in a new window, but yet again Cornerstone misses out on the basics of UX. I heard once that Cornerstone considers themselves to be the Microsoft of LMSs. I beg to differ - a lot!

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone helps display that we are compliant in our training efforts (medical device industry). It does a great job here.

 ### 12. Great Course Variety, but Compatibility Could Improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

the variety of courses for our employees

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

the easy integration with other systems.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping accelerate our succession plan by providing adequate training to our employees

 ### 13. Complete and future new features adapted to reality of companies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruben F. | Tecnico de Sistemas de Talento y Aprendizaje y HR Analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

The back administration is very complete and with New features in each new release. Also it has a big users community to help and suggest me New learning ideas. Also the mobile integration is a very good insight.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Not to much adaptable or flexible in changes. you cant revert some steps when you make the configurations. Also some workflows were strong to change and we must adapt our procedures to be as cornerstone suggest. Not to much important. The online authoring tool is quite poor.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Try to have all learning objects in csod . Prepare all type of communications, workflows etc before implementing. And its important integrate LMS to all company systems as Microsoft Teams because de user experience will be mejorated. everything that has to do with SSO user validation and mobile application use greatly facilitates usability by students, this is an important recommendation.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems were typical with a new software tool with admin etc... but after that its a learning centralizated tool adaptes to the user and with different ways to learn anywhere. Also we can launch projects integratin all learning resources of the company in one place and cornerstone helps us to have that place.

 ### 14. Connestone is your new learning partner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pradip G. | Technology Lead, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

The plots I created during the learning experience were very good and added a lot of value to my understanding.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

There are many authentication steps required when trying to access the learning materials.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While learning, they provide exactly what is needed.

 ### 15. Robust learning management system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer C. | Talent Development Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Reporting capabilities are expansive, but at times, data needs to be exported to create advanced dashboards. Automated Email Notifications are good assets of the system as well. I like how they are always striving to be the best in the business and have an agile approach to updating the system. The skills functionality is helpful in impacting career conversations. The talent marketplace is the culmination of the foundational work in the skills space.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Interest List Management and evaluation functionality are not easy to use. Edge import templates need to be updated to better describe required field formats. The templates do not indicate the fields need to be id numbers instead of the name of the field.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Really great system with a lot of robust options. Learn as much as you can up front and then create an account in the Success Center to learn more.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to consolidate our learning opportunities and track compliance of required training. We are also able to create dashboard data for our managers and leaders. We are building the foundation of our skills and hoping this will help with employee development/engagement. The new people matrix is proving to be a wonderful tool for managers and CSOD has been very open to suggestions. Excited to see the future of this functionality.

 ### 16. Cornerstone Learning: Scalable and Powerful Learning Platform With Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joann V. | Learning Systems Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

1) Scalability - great for large organizations such as ours. 2) Good for administering compliance training, which is what we mainly use it for, although we are trying to encourage more usage for career/professional development purposes. 3) Wide range of out-of-the-box content - we purchased some Content Anytime subscriptions and found this helpful content for curation and professional development opportunities. 4) Accessibility - they're rolling out as many accessible features as quickly as possible, but I wish the releases happen more quickly. 5) Customer support - Cornerstone's customer support and knowledge/support bank of helpful articles are among their greatest services. I appreciate the abundance of information and knowledge I can find on Knowledge Central and Online Help pages, which help me quickly look up answers to my questions.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

1) User interface - while parts of Cornerstone are updated, there are some pages like the Certificates, My Team views, and Custom Pages that feel and look outdated. There are certain features that don't feel cohesive within the whole system as the UI looks different from page to page. 2) Reporting - while Cornerstone provides reports that have the basic information and are great starting points, I'd like to see more robust customization features that feel less clunky. Currently, the reporting feature feels overwhelming and not as intuitive; I'd like to see improvements where I can use the filters and see changes to the reports in real time as I'm making changes. I also don't like that I have to "schedule" or "refresh" the reports, as this goes back to my comment about wanting to see the changes in real time to ensure that's the data I want to see before downloading it. 3) Admin features - while I appreciate the wide array of admin features the system offers, it can be challenging to understand what the effects are if one feature is turned on/configured and one is not. This is where the Knowledge Central and online help pages are helpful, but even then, it's still not always clear. I'm wondering if AI can be incorporated to make it easier on the admin as they're configuring settings; for example, AI could have pop-up reminders or notes that suggest, "Have you considered turning on X, since you have Y setting enabled?" or something alike, to help admins better understand the interconnectedness of the features they enable.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly administering and tracking compliance trainings

 ### 17. LMS Administrator with roughly 2000 employees currently using Cornerstone Learning (Leap).

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

The amount of options it provides for the Administrator. Sometimes it can seem a little overwhelming, but once you are working in it for a bit, it really does offer ways to accomplish any and all scenarios that come your way!

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Some of the screens that I think should or could be combined are seperate. For example in the course catalog there are some options for learning objects and then under each learning type that are another set of options. It can be confusing to remember where to locate what edits.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of specific needs for our LMS and there is always a way for us to accomplish it in Cornerstone Learning. Sometimes we even find ways within the system to make functions even more streamlined than what we thought. Using the office hours and help areas are also extremely useful. And the community is more valuable than I could have imagined!!

 ### 18. CSOD has an A+ Learning platform with a outstanding community of users.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone provides more than just management of transcripts and push learning. They give employees the opportunity to find relevant learning in ways that make it easy. They give my training teams easy paths to get the right training in front of the right people. The give me access to all the data I need and want to provide meaningful result analysis training, and an easy path for me to training administrators on the tool.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

I would love to see more built-in consolidation of the performance and learning platforms in the user experience interface. Something like the current Learner home but that incorporates performance data/tasks.

I also believe support needs to be improved; responsiveness has suffered since the acquisition and mergers.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

This product can give you everything you need and almost anything you want. Don't be afraid to do more as they release new functionality. You can get some great benefits by using the product to its fullest.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a compliance heavy organization. CSOD give us a single place to deliver, report, and track all our compliance needs. We can get everything we need and almost everything we want from this product. As hleping employees develop skills to be succesful becomes more important, cornerstone is making great strides to help organizations identify and improve skill gaps.

 ### 19. Cornerstone Learning is the most robust LMS that any company could ask for.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristi P. | Learning Management System Administrative Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

If you can think of a special use case, it can handle it. You just need a little creativity, a little know how (they also have an extensive library of courses for Admins to learn from) and patience. And if you lack any of that, Cornerstone has a community of users at the ready to help answer any questions or solve any problems you may have. Office Hours are offered daily for any last minute help you may need.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Sometimes it feels like it can do so much, but not exactly what you need it to do. Dealing with annual training requirements is still tricky.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone allows my users to easily search and self-enroll in training that is relevant to my users. It gives my instructors the power to handle their own rosters, set up their own classes and easily communicate with their students. The dynamic groups give me the ability to prescribe training to a body of users that have commonalities in their user record that aren't easy to identify on a enterprise-wide basis, when only a segment of the population is initially identified. Our training is now easier to keep in compliance.

 ### 20. Just implemented and impressed so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

There is so much you can do, from reports, to ILT to creating curricula. The biggest thing we noticed from our old LMS to our new one is the ease of use for the end user. It is so user friendly without much training at all our end users can figure out how to do what they need without much help from the admins. Implementation went great, Dave was with us all along the way and was easy to reach out to when we had questions, and boy did we have questions. We also have customer support available at our fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

The one thing that I find hard to configure is all of the permissions. Together our team can figure out who needs what, but at times it can be overhwheming.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and tracking ILT was a huge benefit for us. Being able to compile all of our leadership ILT's into a curriculium and assign that out so the end user can see what sessions they have scheduled for each was huge. It took a lot of the manual tracking off our team.

 ### 21. Migrated from Cornerstone

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

It has all the functionality of an advanced LMS

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Highly clunky user experience. Lack of responsively from the client support team.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enabled us to house and deploy learning content. However, it was so cumbersome to use, we depricated the tool.

 ### 22. Cornerstone LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie R. | Learning and Performance Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

The reporting functionality is excellent, especially since upgrading to Enhanced Reports (Reporting 2.0). The amount of data we can extract for our business lines is phenomenal. I also appreciate our flexibility in using Organizational Units to create groups for assigned training. We are in a highly regulated business with a lot of role-specific training. We can quickly zero in on specific roles, existing employees vs. new hires, and many other combinations.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Some of our training is reversioned often, and many courses are housed within multiple curricula. The process of reversioning a course and updating the impacted curricula is sometimes tedious, especially when working with multiple classes that affect the same curricula. We've had to be creative in turning off emails at certain times, so that impacted learners do not receive "assigned training" notices with each reversion.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use Cornerstone Learning to house all of our compliance training, onboarding, and continued learning. The robust reporting allows us to easily track learner completion, ensuring all employees are completing their required training in a timely manner while sending reminders to those approaching a past due status.

 ### 23. Fantastic LMS software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I enjoy the ability to upload our own in-house content with ease. Additionally, we leverage Custom Pages to load (as we call them) non-LO's to the system. These are our policies, forms, and resources that are not meant to enhance learners skill-sets.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Versioning options are confusing at times and have caused us issues in the past. Over time, we've learned the system's tendencies and now know what our internal processes need to be.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Simply put, yes I recommend it!

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance and new hire training are the big two.

 ### 24. The best in compliance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

As a highly regulated customer, system validation and maintaining that validation are critical elements. Cornerstone continues to be an industry leader in having a fully validated system for highly regulated customers.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Technical support has been a glaring issue with Cornerstone. Any issues short of a complete system outage are handled quite sloppily. Communication on the tickets is poor and response times to receive meaningful responses and not just SLA check ins are frustrating.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We require a validated LMS to administer our highly regulated industry training. Cornerstone provides that validated LMS.

 ### 25. Talent Inclusive System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth K. | Talent Solutions Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone Learning provides an up to date and intuitive platform for learners to engage. The flow of work is easy to manage required training for a highly regulatory healthcare system. Learners can easily engage in training and admins can easily establish the requirements for both a regulatory yet engaging learner experience. The biggest important thing for us is the administrative process for loading, assigning and reporting on training.

The support is fantastic and unmatched to any other vendor we've dealt with.

Implementation was tedious, but extremely organized and well done. Fantastic team on Cornerstone's side to support the onboarding of all Cornerstone modules.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone continues to evolve it's platform to allow additional functionality for administrators to care for the learning experience. They have a good process for prioritizing ideas that come in to enhance/update, but there are so many requests, it takes time to get the functionality that's needed to easier manage some administrative tasks.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone is creating an environment to engage in learning. It's allowed us to deliver annual training differently and increase compliance by over 10%. It's allowing learners to do more than required training. Learners are engaging in development training and finding the training easier than previous systems. It's bringing all of our learning partners to one system to engage in learning.

 ### 26. Supporting Employees Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenda R. | Director of Learning and Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I love the home page where we can feature different training courses, make suggestions, and more. The Due Soon areas helps people prioritize, so they can focus on what's most important before discovering optional training. We are able to keep this all fresh and new thanks to SMB Essentials content!

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

I don't have any complaints as of yet. I have worked with approx 5 LMS systems over the years, and for my current company and size, it is checking all of our boxes, and then some! I was not present for the integration process, so I am unable to speak to that.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency is a huge problem that Cornerstone Learning has helped us solve. Prior to having an LMS, employees relied on information that was passed down, or with written notes. Now, all of our employees who are scattered across 4 provinces and 50+ locations receive the same training.

 ### 27. Strong, reliable and complete LMS, highly customizable which sometimes makes it complex to admin

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Igor T. | Learning Functional Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

It has all standard features that you'd expect from an LMS, and each feature has a very deep level of customization. This empowers learning admins with everal options to opearte on.
It has integrations with most content providers and HCMs which makes it a good fit to most organizations
Large and very collaborative community as well as product academy makes it easy to learn and take the most out of it

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

There is still some insonsistency betweehn its different modules on the admin side, so you will find some very moder user interfaces for some areas and somehow outdated ones for other areas.
Even though it integrates with most HCMs i.e.: Workday, it is often questioned if it would be better to have a "One time shop" for all HR stuff including learning, which means staying with your HCM if it also has an LMS that is under the same unbrella and shares the same UX.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to reach all of our workforce and also 3rd party workers trough one single platform and deliver all sort of training, ranging frm compliance, to awareness and upskilling.
We can launch manadatory training campaigns with high level of customization and i very dynamic ways.
We offer employees additional content trough integrated content subscriptions such as Linkedin all rom Cornerstone Learning
We support product training for our salesforce

 ### 28. CSOD Learning Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin L. | Learning Solution Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

CSOD provides easy catalog management & with recent updates has made easier when updating/versioning learning objects (material, eLearning & video).

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Certification platform does not provide options that are available for other LO types such as suggested or featured availability. Additionally the certification management is very difficult and cumbersome.

Patch release notes need more detail & clarification - we have been told the Learning platform updates will be more tied to patch data and not having explanation makes it very difficult to test.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Have full understanding of preferences for all parts of organization; data integrations can be tricky

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using LMS for end user training access & requirements. Majority of training is through curricula or certifications which need to have some updates but there are few other providers who can support certifications.

 ### 29. A good product for our decentralized organisation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

It can manage our very decentralized company and still give everyone some customisation

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

The API can not be segregated by Orgnizational Unit.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone Learning allows us to have one centralized platform for all the onlince course is a very decentralized group, and that is almost a miracle for us to have one centralized platform for everyone.

 ### 30. Cornerstone Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachael E. | HR Technology Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone Learning provides us with the ability to automate learning processes and relieve the admin tasks of our training team. I appreciate the community Cornerstone has built for their customers and the resources that make administering the system much easier. I appreciate the focus on updating the UI across the system and developing the skills feature.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

I would like to see Cornerstone revisit and update some of the older features that have quite an outdated UI.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone learning allows us to assign and track required compliance trainings.

 ### 31. Personalized Curated Learning Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

(1) Personalized learning paths using AI based on identified skill gaps, title, prior completions, etc... (2) Ease to curate content within content studio, (3) Skills Identification, (4) User-friendly user interface, (5) Ability to create playlists (non mandatory course groupings by skills, topics, etc... that can be browsed) and curriculums (that are required course groupings, (6) Reporting capabilities, (7) Conerstone Support Resorces, (8) Strong functionality and functionality roadmap, (8) Ability to offer in-person and virtual events

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

(1) Need more out of the box reports versus creating custom reports, (2) Link learning (LMS) and not just LXP to TalentMarketplace, (3) Cost of Content libraries - ability to puchase less licenses for specific libraries that are not relevant to all employees at a decent price point

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

(1) Helping employees to close skill gaps, (2) Skills tied to Job Roles, (3) Acces to learning for remote locations or employees, (4) Increased employee engagement, (5) Career development

 ### 32. The best LMS on the market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Women @ Okta Co-Chair, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I love the ease of uploading content, creating learning events, scheduling sessions, and updating those sessions if needed. This is something that our team uses pretty much every day from compliance training to continuing education needs. It is easy to implement new courses within the system and highlight them for users to see.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Integration of some apps has been harder than we thought—for example, getting Zoom links and Google Calendar aligned with the automated emails the system sends to users who enroll in sessions. Also, the customer support team has not been able to assist us and instead recommended 3rd party install help.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can have learners enroll in the necessary sessions or complete online training then create reports to track the usage.

 ### 33. CSOD is the best LMS I have ever used, and I have used several!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy K. | Instructional Designer (Telework), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I love CSOD's user interface and design. I love their vision for the future. Their Team members are very supportive. I highly recommend attending Regional User Groups (RUGs), Connect Live Events, and Office hours. And don't forget CSOD Champions and Support Central - Get your CSOD Certification! Go CSOD!

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

1. It would be great to have ability to chose at the learning object level whether or not mark complete is needed or if completion is mark automatically, but only if user gets to end.
2. Express Class user look up to show more demographics, such as users division, etc.
3. Better user search filter
4. Ability to constrain Marketing email feature.
5. Standard Reports and Waitlist and Interest Lists exports to include user email and div.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Course interest tracking. Completion record keeping. Offering continuing learning and development opportunitys. Audience geared communication.

 ### 34. Cornerstone Learning is reliable, consistent, and effective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I love how Cornerstone Learning makes the admininistrative side of the platform easy to use. There are so many configuration settings to play with and security roles and permissions are easy to implement. Cornerstone Learning has excellent customer support and plenty of resources for administrators to leverage.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Overall I feel the user interfaces of Cornerstone Learning could be improved. The aesthetic of the system is lacking a little bit, it looks dated.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We leverage Cornerstone Learning to allow end-users access to their compliance-related training content. We use the platform to track completion of this content annually. We also use Cornerstone Learning as a platform for virutal instructor-led training and tracking. Having Cornerstone Learning in place for these processes is a huge benefit, it automates a lot of the workload and provides an excellent user-experience.

 ### 35. A very good LMS for larger enterprise

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wen Hao C. | Global Learning & Talent Management Technology Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Very user-friendly Reporting 2.0 feature. Very customizable. Has a layer of LXP which reduce the work for connecting LXP and LMS. Has Skill/Capabilities which can directly link to employee performance, and career/professional development, customizable emails, build-in simple dashboard, very detailed (and complex) permission and role system.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

From time to time we may run into some weird issues (e.g. some eLearning courses can not be launched by a very small group of people, regardless of PC/Mac platform), VILT sessions marking attendance issue, different system admin experience between PC and Mac users, etc.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the issue of integrating LMS and LXP. Also the old LMS we had did not have a solid "report builder" feature.

 ### 36. Feature Rich and Flexible Learning Management System 4

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

This tool is flexible in how to manage users, groups, and training assignments.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

I'm not too fond of the inability to bulk edit learning objects, learning assignments, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Be sure you have a good understanding of your company organization when thinking about setting up OU Hierarchy.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cornerstone Learning to ensure compliance with internal and external training requirements for all associates.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Custom report building, reporting 2.0, and other admin access features.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Integration with licensed content can be difficult in relation to report output.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance with regulatory mandates, continuing education, etc.

 ### 38. All in one house for Learning & Devlopment!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew S. | Training Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Great support from Cornerstone SME's! Our primary point person with Cornerstone is always willing to help us learn, and implement new functions with in Cornerstone Learning. We have made huge improvements in efficiencies within the past year alone, that is saving me hours of time to work on imprving the customer experience on my end!

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

I wish that the help secion is easier to decipher, sometmes I have to re read instructions and run through AI to get an easier worded understanding.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better interfaces that make our learners appreciate the trainings we send to them more.

 ### 39. Top tier LMS that makes it simple to use and track all training in an organization.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason W. | Training and Quality Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

It had indepth structure so you can do anything you may need to with the company. It is easy to implement and get all old data transferred across. It is quick and easy and great support.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

If you are new to the platform it can take a little bit to learn. Depending on the level of integration your deparment does, you will need someone who understands it.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed all our training to go under one umbrella. It made it simple to distribute learning across the company. It allowed for a more secure way to get training to in-field employees. Allowed for a constant onboarding for all new employees across the country.

 ### 40. Learning and performance powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone learning is extremely versatile. It has helped us to streamline our processes. We save time and effort and ensure that training is delivered exactly when needed.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

The security permissions can be confusing, but the customer support makes up for it!

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us to publish general and specific trainings that can be distributed to the specific people who need it. It ensures we meet our compliance requirements for training and we have the flexibility to train as broadley or specifically as we need to.

 ### 41. Perfect LMS Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone learning has lots of features and is very user friendly. The analytic feature has many options. Support is exceptional as well.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

The search feature on the admin side for user accounts sometimes requires extra scrolling. Unable to search both active and withdrawn users at the same time unless you create a report.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timely training and reporting.

 ### 42. Learn to enjoy CSOD

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Ease of use on setting everything on the backend

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Would be nice to have a tenant refresh more often

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its making the one stop shop for all our learning needs from management to individual contributors to all those in our hospitals

 ### 43. Worked with multiple LMSs, and CSOD is my top choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke S. | Learning & Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

The system allows you to automate as much as you can, which is so helpful to manage the system and take things out of your daily tasks. Allowing for moving pieces in different parts of the system increases your options to get the right people the right training, at the right time.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

I wish the reporting options were scalable. We would like to be able to send things out to more than 10 users - and the current Reporting 2.0 limit doesn't allow that. We would use this feature so much more if we could set it up to send to positions, groups, etc. rather than just named users.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am hoping to see more options on customizing views in pages - the fields I need to see in the User Database might not be the same as what the next person needs - but being able to set it up for our company would be so helpful and efficient.

 ### 44. From the organic to the inorganic without covering some basics

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Easy setup for non-technical people, large user community, good consultant support, customer portal with a lot of content, 3 annual updates.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Non-responsive screens, APP issues, lack of basic CORE functionality, very restrictive towards changes or corrections, change in strategy (from organic to inorganic).

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training plans for employees from 7 different countries in a single tool.

 ### 45. Wonderful Learning Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina P. | Learning Management System Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

The UI is great for an end user and allows for the flexibility needed in terms of Welcome and Custom Pages to get the information across. The Learner Home makes it easy for end users to find content they are interested in in a format they are used to. As an Admin, it provides lots of features to automate the experience and leverage the data in the system. The recent admin UI updates have been wonderful, particularly the changes in certifications.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Support can sometimes be less than helpful. There are also times when the roadmap changes are not publicized enough, so you may be hoping for a project on the roadmap that then doesn't appear.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Plan the implementation well and reach out to the Success Center for support.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Cornerstone, we didn't have a single place where people could interact and see all of their training. We have leveraged certifications so that expiration dates are easy to find as well as utilizing playlists to help people get topical resources easily.

 ### 46. Considerate of System Admins

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shirley W. | Senior L&D System Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

I like that the learning suite constantly enhances its features for end users and administrators alike. Clients are very active in Success Center to help each other troubleshoot and find solutions.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Some times the system is not behave as expected or glitches can happen. At times, even GPS and product managers can't answer to why the issues are happening or what's causing the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Definitely find out what the organization's needs are for a LMS before diving in! Cornerstone is a robust system but not a perfect fit for all companies. My previous company has different needs than Cornerstone can fully support, so the business experience was not great on either side. That can be avoided if organizations do a lot of planning on how exactly they need the LMS to perform, and ask very specific questions during the demo. This practice can make the business experience much better!

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better reporting and UX for employees. Compare to our previous LMS, CSOD is definitely a step up for our users and admins alike. We are still working on streamlining structures and rules we want to implement in the system.

 ### 47. 20+ Years in Human Resources and Cornerstone Succeeds Where Others Do Not

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donna C. | b, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone Learning is a powerful tool that is continually enhanced to deliver options and features that are most needed and greatly appreciated! If you can dream it, you can usually do it inside of Cornerstone Learning. I have worked with several different HRIS systems in the past and there would always be some component missing that I wished were included. That does not happen often with Cornerstone Learning. If the admin takes the time to develop a strategy or solution that will assist them or their employees, Cornerstone Learning can handle the details.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone Learning is big. There is so much that one can do inside of the solution. If I had to choose something that I dislike, it would be that the options are many. At times, this can be discouraging however, once you have worked within the solution for some time, you realize that they have tried to think of everything one might need to generate so many different outcomes. So, as much as I dislike drilling down through all of the options, I appreciate that those options exist.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Implementation is key. Make sure to have a plan for division hierarchy when you implement. You will thank yourself in the future as it is easier to set a plan in place than to try and back up and change what you have implemented.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have thousands of customers and employees. We use Learning and EXE. Because of the combination of both of these solutions, we were able to market LMS solutions to our customers and we are able to charge for this service and continued maintenance of these partitions. This has helped our bottom line.

 ### 48. Fantastic learning management system with lots of customizations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie C. | Tech and education manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

Cornerstone provides great quarterly updates that consider users' input. The learning management system is highly customizable and offers a unique experience for each user type. From an administrative side, the tool is robust, provides easy content and user management, and has a fantastic reporting tool.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Their product support is excellent for first-line problems, but getting to the root of more advanced problems can be challenging and time-consuming. There are still features (like the test generator) that need some work on usability, but overall the system is fantastic and gets the job done better than most LMS's out there.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Take that leap! The product really is so amazing and dynamic and don't be afraid to use the Success Center and Cornerstone Help - they are both fantastic resources!

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization helps non-profits utilize Cornerstone to extend their reach and accomplish their goals! We use the learning management system in various ways, including virtual events and a wide range of organizations/users. The tool has proven to be very robust, and I'm constantly amazed at all the things I can accomplish with it.

 ### 49. Been using for over 10 years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary F. | VP of Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

The scalability and flexibility. We can deliver so many offerings that meet our compliance needs and technical ones as well. They have recently updated to "Learner Home," and we are launching that page in December of this year. Also, the Leadership and Development training options are very comprehensive and cover all topics and even some cutting-edge ones.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

Difficult to learn at first. However, that was ten years ago, and the implementation process has matured.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:**

Great product for us. Has the ability to be deployed at various levels and reported on as well.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting training standardized and delivered to multiple disciplines in over 30 locations across 6 states. It has led to better quality outcomes which are critical in our line of healthcare. Also it allows us to have streamlined training for our hundreds of volunteers annually.

 ### 50. From stone ages to the future, Cornerstone was around the corner! Great Experience & Happy Employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?**

We love its simplicity! Less is more for our organization as our sector is especially slow to adopt change while dealing with a vast amount of politics. The great news is Cornerstone puts that all aside and allows the organization's core, the employee, to own their learning journey. This was not always the case. Our organization did not always have a culture of learning and development until Cornerstone Learning was implemented. What used to be in-person classes, endless paper approvals which were difficult digitally to sign, a constant battle with accounting for going over the travel budget due to being in a costly state, and overall was just a negative experience from the very thought of even considering taking a course either by choice or by requirement, has turned out to be an enjoyable, easy, and more meaningful experience for our learners. With the emergency remote work due to the pandemic, the implementation of Cornerstone came at a perfect time in which new behaviors, skills, and learning styles were adopted. Most do not like change, let alone embrace it, yet Cornerstone Learning was simple enough for our users to adopt. It has completely revamped our onboarding process and changed how we approach continuous learning while allowing us to be proactive about compliance rather than reactive. We are at a point where we are considering other complementary solutions in our organization's roadmap to continue growing our employees and, more importantly, retain them, keep them happy, and move them forward in their careers.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?**

When we were in the consultation phases, viewing a full demo of the product's capability would have been helpful. Our meetings were general discussions with no visuals, and the thought process of leadership supporting this method was "seeing the LMS" in action would take away from our prospective unicorn that would meet all our needs and desires. Our leadership did not truly see the "big picture." As a result, our administration settled based on the dollar amount. After realizing more solutions could have been included with our negotiated package, we had to add more items that could have made an even more value and a positive experience from the beginning.

**What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping employees engaged and excited; increasing employee satisfaction; lower attrition, reducing costs related to learning and development; updated and new content is constantly available
