What do you like best about Cornerstone Learning?

Cornerstone provides more than just management of transcripts and push learning. They give employees the opportunity to find relevant learning in ways that make it easy. They give my training teams easy paths to get the right training in front of the right people. The give me access to all the data I need and want to provide meaningful result analysis training, and an easy path for me to training administrators on the tool. What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?

I would love to see more built-in consolidation of the performance and learning platforms in the user experience interface. Something like the current Learner home but that incorporates performance data/tasks.

I also believe support needs to be improved; responsiveness has suffered since the acquisition and mergers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:

This product can give you everything you need and almost anything you want. Don't be afraid to do more as they release new functionality. You can get some great benefits by using the product to its fullest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a compliance heavy organization. CSOD give us a single place to deliver, report, and track all our compliance needs. We can get everything we need and almost everything we want from this product. As hleping employees develop skills to be succesful becomes more important, cornerstone is making great strides to help organizations identify and improve skill gaps.
