Hello Kimberly! Thanks for your feedback! We are continually working on improving our Search functionality. Our development teams are actively working on updating our search to the lasted version of Elastic Search on Amazon Web Services which will provide a much better experience to your end users. This, however, is a large effort with a lot of details to get right so thank you for your patience as we build a better content discovery experience for you and your users.

We hope you find this helpful and if you need additional help in escalating this issue to the right team, please email me directly at wecare@csod.com.
