What do you like best about Coretek - Managed Services?

What I like best about Coretek is the people. Nick Rogish and Julian Justice are great to work with. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to reach when something comes up, and they treat our issues as if they were their own. What do you dislike about Coretek - Managed Services?

What problems is Coretek - Managed Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coretek fills the gaps in expertise and bandwidth that we can't cover in-house. As a small IT team, we don't have dedicated Azure specialists or the manpower to troubleshoot every issue as it comes up. Coretek gives us that depth on demand. They've also been willing to help with problems outside of Azure, which has saved us time and kept issues from stalling while we handle other priorities. The benefit to me is faster resolution, access to expertise we'd otherwise have to hire for and more time to focus on day-to-day operations and projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
