What do you like best about CoreMedia?

The customer support team really stands out — they are always available, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. There’s a strong sense of proximity, which makes it easy to solve issues and move forward quickly.

The platform is also simple and easy to use, which makes onboarding fast and allows us to manage campaigns in an agile way. That flexibility is especially important in a retention context, where speed and adaptability make a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoreMedia?

One limitation is the lack of a native A/B testing feature. It makes testing and optimization more manual than it should be, which can slow things down.

Also, for some types of campaigns (like response-based ones), we still depend on the support team for setup. Even though they are very efficient, having more autonomy on our side would make the process smoother and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoreMedia solving and how is that benefiting you?

CoreMedia helps us manage and execute customer communications in a quick and structured way, especially for retention and reactivation campaigns. It allows us to launch communications fast and adjust based on performance.

Having access to performance metrics and reporting is also a key benefit, as it helps us understand what’s working, make better decisions, and continuously improve our campaigns.
