**What do you like best about Core Screening?**

I really like how easy Core Screening is to navigate for our whole HR team and how it allows you to tag users on the system.

**What do you dislike about Core Screening?**

I do think Core Screening could be a little more user-friendly for the employees submitting their report to be screened. We have received feedback that the employees get confused easily.

**Recommendations to others considering Core Screening:**

Request a lunch and learn session for employees to understand how to use the system.

**What problems is Core Screening solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issue of having all of these reports scattered throughout the office in different files. By consolidating everything into one system, it allows us to understand our employees better.
