"Coram’s Natural-Language Search Saves Us Tons of Time"

What do you like best about Coram AI?

Coram’s natural-language search makes it quick and easy to find the video footage we need. It’s saving us a lot of time when reviewing clips and pulling footage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coram AI?

There are a few features I’d like to see, especially around face profiles, to help improve future results. For example, it would be useful to mark a matched face as “not that person,” and to have the ability to merge face profiles when they refer to the same individual. It would be nice for Coram to control the video OSF natively from their software as well instead of managing each individual software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of the biggest issues we were trying to solve when looking for a new vendor were user access via web/app, easily adding and removing users, searching and alerting across the the enterprise on persons of interest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
