The best thing I like about this platform is its file locking mechanism, which is very effective in terms of handling privacy in a centralised manner. Also it prevents multiple users from accidentally overwriting each others work data by still allowing for effective remote collaboration very much effectively. I also like there ease setup and deployment across our cross-functional teams and our external customers as well. Their integrated client portal, e-signature feature, chat, and integrated follow-up task tool reduce the need for multiple separate tools. Their platform's pricing can become a bit noticeable as our number of users grows, especially for small teams when they need complex workflow tools. Their web interface and their desktop client experience sometimes require users to understand where specific functions are required, which takes a minor steep learning curve.
