Coralogix always keeps up with the latest standards in the observability space. The TAMs are very helpful with feature requests or suggestions of any kind. The UI is always evolving with customer requirements and has great support for various integrations our org would need. Many new platforms lack the AI related monitoring but Coralogix gave a lot of preference to it and its vendor agnostic. I also appreciate their focus on training and how they proactively ask for feedback on improvements. On top of that, they help us manage costs as well. Can you imagine a product doing that?
