The partnership with them is incredible compared to the previous observability and telemetry provider. I genuinely feel like they're on the journey with us, and care as much about our company success as we do.

We've held workshops and training with them as we've gone from old logs view of observability into modern open telemetry and SLOs, and they've been there every step of the way.

The product is easy to use, has a wealth of features that others at this price point simply don't, and they are incredibly responsive to change when we suggest it.

We pay for the functionality we use, rather than seats or data ingest - so we're directly attributing cost to value.

We've routinely been able to answer our questions faster, improving MTTR, and as the landscape shifts on AI, they've kept pace and have provided interfaces so that we can get answers to observability questions from where we are - in our AI interfaces (Claude in our case).
