**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper CRM is fast loading, easy to search and load my clients on the fly. As a web/advertising agency, we were able to customize Company fields to streamline our workflow. The visibility is amazing with Workspace integration where we can see all of our email conversations. From the sales side, I love the pipeline flow - especially the automations that add reminders to my calendar and tasks from a single view to follow up on deals. The email automation has reduced the amount of time doing check ins with referral partners, past clients, and potential clients. My deals are closing faster, our team is operating more efficiently, and our visibility has increased. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish the fields were live and had a Copy/Save icon next to each. When moving quickly to copy data from a field, I worry we will wipe the data out. I don't like not having an undo or restore functionality if there is a mistake.

**What do you like best about Copper?**

We use Copper as our main CRM to manage full lead pipelines and maintain long-term client relationships across our marketing agency. It perfectly unifies prospect nurturing, daily client management and cross-team workflow coordination. Its greatest strength is the flawless native integration with Google Workspace, especially built-in Gmail functionality. Our team can edit contact info, update deal progress and set follow-up tasks directly within emails, which removes tedious extra operations and greatly raises daily usage willingness. The visual drag-and-drop pipeline layout is clean and easy to master, and the automatic activity log records all emails, calls and work notes in real time. This ensures smooth information handover between marketing and sales teams with no missing communication details.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Copper’s native reporting and analytical features are quite limited for marketing teams. It only supports basic pipeline data viewing, and lacks practical lead source tracking and campaign ROI measurement tools. We have to manually export data to Google Sheets to finish in-depth performance analysis. It also does not support customized marketing KPI dashboards and scheduled automated report sending, creating extra repetitive office work. In addition, its built-in automation logic is relatively basic, which cannot fully satisfy our complex multi-stage customer follow-up and nurturing workflows.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It successfully fixes the long-standing issue of fragmented customer data and disconnected team workflows. All client resources and business progress are centrally stored inside the Google tools we already use every day. It standardizes lead follow-up processes, reduces missed business opportunities, delivers clear overall pipeline visibility, and effectively improves internal collaboration efficiency and our overall client service standard.

**What do you like best about Copper?**

Copper's tight integration with my Google Workspace is the biggest strength. It easily integrates with the Google Calendar and Google Drive, which makes my contact management easier. Managing the pipeline and deals are bit clean and easier. It highly reduces the manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Certain advanced reporting and customisation features are bit limited, compared to other larger enterprise CRMs. With the available features, pricing is also a bit higher on the scale.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of fragmenting sales data spread across in different deals, and automates the manual efforts done, which is very neat and clean. Their integration with the google addons are very beneficial. Overall the CRM is very clean and neat and engaging.

**What do you like best about Copper?**

I like the integration with Google. Seeing my CRM on the side of my screen as I am typing emails makes things quick and easy for me to reference.  

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

I wish there was a way to integrate with google voice so that my calls and texts logged in copper without having to manually compute. 

**Recommendations to others considering Copper:**

This is way better than any other CRM I have ever used. One of my favorite features is the email tracker. It helps me understand when clients have read emails and if they are choosing to ignore me or not.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im am now successfully able to convert more leads in my pipeline because they are all laid out for me and make it hard for me to forget. The tasks tab also helps me understand what needs to be done each day and stay on task.

I really like how Copper automatically organizes the leads you add. It gives you the tools to stay connected with your clients, follow up on time, and avoid losing opportunities. It helps maintain better communication and overall stronger relationships with them.

Another improvement could be enhancing the mobile app experience. Sometimes certain features feel limited compared to the desktop version, so having more functionality and smoother navigation on mobile would make it easier to manage leads and tasks on the go.

**What do you like best about Copper?**

It is one of the best cloud-based CRMs in the market. One of its best features is that it can seamlessly integrate with google workspace. It is super easy to use and simple to implement. I have been using it frequently for the past 1 year now. It is a great tool to have.

I have found it very useful and do not have any dislikes.

It is an all-in-one CRM tool. It being cloud based and seamless integration with the google workspace saves a lot of time, money and increases the work productivity and efficiency. The data form the sales analytics reports is too insightful and accurate that helps improve the business. Email tracking and sales performance management has become cost efficient and simple, saving a lot of money that was earlier spent on other individual tools.

I like that with Copper, I didn't have to learn a new tool because it integrates smoothly with one I already use, which is great. I like that the focus is in on the client - pulling together their info.
customer support is great - I was worried about this when I first joined Copper, because I am in New Zealand, but have had fast responses to everything

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

Document integration and email linking - I might be unaware of better ways to do things, but this is a big workload for me. For example, advice documentation is really important in my industry in New Zealand (highly regulated). Currently I create folders in Google drive, then link those folders to the client in copper, then add notes to the pipeline which shows where I am at. Often files are emailed so I save them to the relevant folder in GDrive, then go into GDrive and rename them, then go into the pipeline and update that, then also save pdf's of many of the emails to the Advice folder in the GDrive - I need them to be easily located within that piece of advice -just linking them to the activity feed means a lot of searching later on.  Its all just a very time consuming process

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information Management - critical in a regulated environment.
One feature that would be amazing would be a 'pop-up' when working in a clients record - For example, I have to keep a record of when I give clients regulated financial advice.  This is tedious because I will be working with the client in different ways - pipeline, google drive, email etc but then always have to remember to go back to the client 'Details' page and add the 'Advice Given' Date.  I would love it if every time I went into a client's record I got a pop up that said 'have you given this client advice today?' and I could click 'yes'  and it would add the date to the client record.

The app is one stop shop for sales activity and engagement. Makes adding contacts, notes, pipeline, on the fly using the app seamlessly.

I dislike that you can only use tags to create list. I wish they would create a list feature. Tag get cumbersome and lost.

Limited availability tools are available, if you need more access than it is not favourable for costing.

Also, it is very much dependent on Google workspace. If we do not have google workspace then it is not worthy as compare with the pricing.

Copper allows you to fully customize your CRM, with additional fields, drop-downs, etc.  Additionally, it is so easy to add these fields "on the fly".  You might have thought your CRM was "perfectly set up", only to find out there is another triggering quality or metric you want to track on each account.  You can go in and edit your entire CRM to include this new metric and use it immediately.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

They tend to provide more live person support within the pre-sales process of your account.  Basically answering questions live with a sales person.  The people are super knowledgeable, which is fantastic!  However, after the sale, they are pretty much gone and on to the next account.  The support from there is more of a submit a ticket (at best), otherwise using tutorials via their website.  I believe there is a "partner community" as well, but I've never really liked to rely on those myself, for product support.  It would be great if they had a small dedicated support team to answer questions live and also shawdow into your account to help you do things.  Even if you had to pay for this service (one time or additional as a monthly premium), would be great!

Copper allows me to quickly search for account records, as well as create new ones.  The speed at which I can do this helps greatly with productivity.  I can search based upon any criteria that I have set up within the CRM.

Pipelines and the ability to move cases from one stage to another, add people/leads responsible for each opportunity, and connect with Slack is an advantage when it comes to notifying the rest of the team about updates.

The reporting part is somewhat complex, and having to switch between Pipelines without being able to see something consolidated (at least in our type of membership). Another thing is that all users have to be at the same membership level, and it becomes very costly and senseless for us to upgrade our membership to obtain a functionality that only applies to a small group of users.

Track all our opportunities with current leads or clients, while also creating tasks and follow-up reminders for them to ensure follow-up.

They are a Terrible company. There customer service is the worst I have ever experiances.

I was told this would integrate with my IDX website. It will not notify when someone comes into the system even though I asked this question to the sales team.  We were sold a monthly plan but were charged $1400 for an annual billing. When I finally got a hold of someone through chat I was told the system would not notify me of a new sign-up. I knew at that time it would not work for my company. I went in and Canceled my account but received no refund. When I finally heard back from Customer service they said they were working on the cancelation but rather than issuing me a refund for the 10 months left that we already paid for they said it would not auto-renew again in June of 2024. Their policy stated that they do not issue partial months' refunds, which I understood as they would issue a refund from the next billing month. They are predatory and try to confuse their consumers. Their customer service is nonexistent and they just want to sell you something rather than offer a comprehensive program that does what they sell you.  Trying to force consumers to stay with them longer than they are willing to and offering no solutions.  Thievery at its finest. BUYER BEWARE

Copper helped me stay on top of all my contacts, relationships, and processes in a startup endeavor.  It is beneficial that it syncs with my gmail account!  I've just upgraded for even more usefulness.  Another helpful feature that sets it apart from others is the ability to have multiple customizable pipelines.

**What do you dislike about Copper?**

The pricing for Copper can be a bit expensive but seems comparable to other similar CRM software.  The app can feel a bit complex, even overwhelming, when you first start to use it but it is necessary to capture all the parts and relate them together.  Once you get familiar with it, it becomes quite easy to navigate.

I needed a CRM that also allowed more than a sales pipeline.  As I am developing non-profit programs, I required mulitple pipelines (process tracking) that I could also customize since each process had distinct milestones.

relationship management is super easy. Easy to access all communications and deals from anywhere in google. The pipeline view is very nice as well compared to our previous CRM. It's easy to see everything we have going on at once.

It would be nice if there were more report generating features. Many of our reports don't give us an accurate week by week view of deals confirmed and won. It would be nice if the mobile app could integrate with the google phone apps. Since I have a google phone, it would be nice if google could implement copper into more of their mobile platforms as well.

do research on all the other CRMs and see what fits your work stream and office environment. Some CRMS are. better for smaller companies. Finding a way to test them is very helpful.

**What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can stay on top of our deals very well. having such a small company that works with a decent sized artist client roster, we could easily get lost in all the deals and inquiries we have coming in. But copper makes it so we don't have to worry about keeping everything in our heads. Also having an app on our phone makes it easy to access things as well.
