The platform adapts to our setup instead of forcing us into rigid templates. Our compliance obligations don’t match a software vendor’s idea of compliance—we have factory audits, chemical restrictions, labelling rules across five markets, and customer data obligations all sitting under one function. Copla let us map everything the way it actually works, rather than bending our processes to fit a predefined framework. That makes compliance feel realistic and sustainable, and it’s the first time I’ve been able to say that about a tool we’ve bought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial setup requires mapping your environment correctly, and it’s genuinely more of a project than something you can knock out in an afternoon. For us, it took about six weeks with someone working on it part-time, and the first month was mostly configuration before we started seeing any real value. I would have appreciated a guided template specifically for apparel, since we ended up building most of our mappings from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
