Copla helps us spot gaps early instead of discovering them right before audits, which is exactly why we bought it. Its control monitoring runs continuously in the background and flags drift while there’s still time to address it, rather than handing me a list of failures two weeks before an assessor shows up. That reduces stress and cuts down on last-minute scramble, which—after three years of audit panic—is worth more than the licence cost. You really need to keep workflows active for this to work well. If the team lets evidence collection slide for a month, Copla can’t do much about it—it only reflects what you put into it. The reminder cadence is configurable, but it isn’t especially smart, so I still get nudged about items I’ve already taken care of.
