What do you like best about Copla?

From a leadership perspective, the biggest benefit has been having all of our compliance information in one place. Rather than chasing updates from different teams across multiple tools, I can quickly see the status of controls, risks, and supporting documentation within a single platform. This has improved communication across departments and made reporting much more straightforward. Overall, the process feels significantly more organized and easier to manage than it did before. What do you dislike about Copla?

Consolidating everything into a single system took some planning and close coordination across teams. We needed to align on ownership and standardize a few of our existing processes. It required a fair amount of upfront effort, but the long-term benefits have made it well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Copla solving and how is that benefiting you?

Copla replaces fragmented compliance workflows with a centralized process that’s much easier to manage and monitor. We spend less time chasing updates and more time focusing on the actual risks. It’s also given leadership clearer visibility into progress, while reducing operational overhead for the teams doing the day-to-day work.
