What do you like best about Cooleaf by ITA Group?

I love that cooleaf provides a platform to bring positivity and recognition to those who truly deserve a spotlight. It's user friendly with great options for prizes. The challenges are also a great way to get new users familiar and comfortable. It's very easy to use and implement into a routine. I try to use it frequently! What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cooleaf is solving issues with employees feeling seen or recognized for their efforts that exceed daily expectations. It supports creating and maintaining a positive work environment and also inspires positivity with the ability to see spotlights for others. It's been a great addition to our work routine. I really enjoy that I can give more than a simple shout out and give those the spotlights they deserve. It also supports engagement and team work with the ability for all roles to give spotlights.
