We've been using CookieTractor for several years, almost since the company launched in 2021, and it has become one of those tools that simply does its job without creating extra work. The biggest benefit for us has been the ease of use. Setting up and maintaining cookie compliance can often be time-consuming, but CookieTractor makes it straightforward. The interface is intuitive, and day-to-day management requires very little effort, which saves our team valuable time. Support has also been excellent. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, we've been able to get in touch with the team quickly and receive helpful answers. The support feels personal, and you're often speaking directly with people who understand both the product and the challenges you're trying to solve. One thing that has really stood out over the years is how open the team is to customer feedback. We've shared suggestions and improvement ideas on several occasions, and they've always been receptive. It's refreshing to work with a company that actively listens to its customers and continuously develops the platform based on real-world needs. From a performance perspective, the platform has been stable and reliable. Once implemented, it largely takes care of itself, allowing us to focus on other priorities instead of spending time troubleshooting or maintaining our consent management setup. Overall, CookieTractor delivers great value. It's easy to use, reliable, backed by a responsive team, and supported by a company that genuinely cares about improving its product. Like with any software, there have been times when we’ve wished for a few additional features or small improvements to make our workflow even smoother, but the CookieTractor team has consistently been receptive to feedback and open to talking through new ideas. One of the real benefits of working with a relatively young, innovative company is that customer input can genuinely shape how the product evolves.
