I love the developer experience with CookieChimp CMP because it was very straightforward to set up. It also has scan tools that help implement it correctly. The regional banners were exactly what I was looking for, allowing me to choose different types of banners for different regions. This means some places can opt in and some can opt out by default. Initially, they didn't have the offering for Canadian province granular selection, but they added that since joining. I also wish their reporting was more in-depth, but after sharing that feedback, they have said that they are already working on that to improve exploring the metrics of opt-in rates.
