What do you like best about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

What I like most about Cookiebot is how it simplifies cookie consent management on business websites. The automatic cookie scanning is particularly useful because it helps identify and categorize cookies without having to check everything manually.

I also appreciate the ability to customize the consent banner to match the website's design. The dashboard is relatively easy to navigate, and managing consent settings does not require extensive technical knowledge.

What do you dislike about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

What I dislike most about Cookiebot is that some of the configuration options can be confusing at first, especially when dealing with third-party scripts and cookie categorization. It sometimes takes additional time to make sure everything is configured correctly.

The customization options for the consent banner could also be more flexible, particularly when trying to match a website's design.

What problems is Cookiebot by Usercentrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cookiebot helps solve the problem of managing cookie consent and maintaining transparency about data collection on my business website. Without a dedicated tool, identifying cookies, categorizing them, and managing user preferences would require considerably more manual work.

The automatic cookie scanning and consent management features make it easier to keep track of cookies, especially when adding new website features or third-party services.

The main benefit for me is saving time and simplifying website maintenance. Cookiebot also helps support GDPR compliance by giving visitors clear information about cookies and allowing them to manage their consent preferences. We also appreciate your feedback on the configuration options, particularly around third-party scripts and cookie categorization, which can take extra time to get right at first. On banner flexibility, Cookiebot supports full HTML, CSS, and JS customization, which leaves room to shape the banner’s look in more detail. Regarding cost for sites with limited traffic, our pricing is based on the number of subpages detected per domain, and plans adjust automatically when a site exceeds the threshold of a given tier.
