What problems is Conviva solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Issue: None of these tools speak the same language. When a massive spike in user drop-offs occurs, it takes hours of cross-department troubleshooting to determine if the root cause was a faulty CDN, an app bug, or poor UI design.
