What do you like best about Conviva?

I like its real-time analytics and clear dashboards that quickly show any streaming issues. It helps us improve video startup time, reduce buffering, and deliver a better viewer experience. The platform also integrates well with our existing systems, making it easy to use and we can also get the insights directly to mail weekly. What do you dislike about Conviva?

The advanced features, though powerful, can introduce a steep learning curve for teams new to in-depth streaming analytics. Also, to use filters and get insights from dashboard can be difficult initially. But after use, it gets easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
