What do you dislike about Convincely?

It’s possible that some of the issues were also on our side, as we made many requests during the new brand launch, which required significant maintenance and enhancements.

Despite the heavy workload, it’s crucial to maintain high quality, particularly from a testing perspective.

At times, Convincely missed some aspects of QA, which affected our service. However, now that we have resolved many tasks, I believe we can continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convincely solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage two major STP platforms in collaboration with Convincely. Our responsibilities cover platform management, UX and technical improvements, as well as A/B testing.

Since launching the new Buddy Pet brand, I have worked closely with Tori, as if we were part of the same team, on a daily basis.
