I like that ConvertToText.ai keeps text extraction simple. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I often work with diet charts, patient education documents, research material, scanned PDFs, and screenshots. Instead of typing everything again, I can upload the file and get editable text in a few seconds. I mostly use it to extract text from scanned PDFs, screenshots, and images. The OCR is accurate for clear documents, and the extracted text is easy to copy and reuse in Word documents, presentations, clinic records, and health education content. It also supports different file formats, so I do not have to convert files before uploading them.

The interface is clean, uploading a file takes only a few clicks, and I was able to start using it without any setup or learning. I have not needed customer support because everything has worked as expected. Some documents need a little cleanup after the text is extracted. The text is usually accurate, but the spacing or line breaks are not always the same as the original document. Also, Files with tables, multiple columns, or more complex layouts sometimes need a quick review.
