What do you like best about Conversion?

How easy it is to do business with this company. From the initial conversations through implementation and ongoing support, every interaction has been straightforward and responsive. Their deployment strategists are available on Slack and turn things arounds in hours, not days. On the product side, the platform is low maintenance to administer and our team was fully ramped faster than any toll rollout I have been a part of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conversion?

What problems is Conversion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old system created a dependency on sepcialized ops knowledge for nearly everything. Campaign builds were slow, personalization was manual, and the time to go live on anything new was painful. Conversion flipped that. Marketers own their own campaigns now, dynamic content works the way it should, and we can go from idea to live faster than we ever could before.
