What do you like best about Conveo?

What I like most about Conveo is how it makes qualitative research faster and easier. The AI-powered interviews can ask relevant follow-up questions, and the automatic analysis helps turn responses into clear insights without spending hours manually reviewing transcripts. What do you dislike about Conveo?

One thing I dislike about Conveo is that the AI-generated insights can sometimes miss important context, so they often need a manual review to make sure they’re accurate. I’d also like to see more customization options for interview flows and reporting. Conveo addresses the challenge of time-consuming user research and the manual work involved in analyzing interviews. It helps me gather feedback, spot key themes, and understand user needs more efficiently.
