What do you like best about ContraVault AI?

Contravault helps me review huge tenders more efficiently by making it easier to identify gaps, missing information, and contradictions in tender documents.

The user interface is easy to use and responsive. Once the tender is evaluated by the AI, the information is reviewed and made available very quickly. The best feature, in my opinion, is the AI search function, where we can ask questions, prepare draft replies, and request information in a tabular format.

The Customer Success Manager has been very prompt and helpful in explaining the features and incorporating our specific requirements. The required data can also be easily extracted into formats such as Excel and Word, which makes it convenient for further review and documentation.

Overall, Contravault has significantly improved the efficiency of our tender review process. The organization could, however, work on offering more competitive pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContraVault AI?

The AI could process information more quickly, particularly when reading and analyzing large PDF documents and responding to user queries and follow-up questions. It would also be helpful if the AI could be further trained and customized for specific industries, including their terminology, requirements, and documentation. What problems is ContraVault AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contravault helps solve the challenge of evaluating huge and complex tenders efficiently. Activities such as tender evaluation, preparation of pre-bid queries, and risk analysis can be standardized and prepared more easily. It also significantly reduces the effort involved in documentation, allowing a large amount of tender-related information to be organized, analyzed, and converted into useful formats quickly and efficiently.
