What do you like best about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

ContractWorks makes it very easy to organize, store, and search for contracts. The user interface is intuitive, and the advanced search options save a lot of time when managing large contract repositories. I especially appreciate the automated reminders and reporting capabilities, which help keep our team ahead of deadlines and compliance requirements. What do you dislike about ContractWorks, an Onit product?

While the platform is very effective for contract management, integration options with other enterprise tools could be more seamless. Some customization features feel limited, especially when tailoring dashboards to different team needs. ContractWorks helps us centralize all contracts in a secure repository, ensuring we don’t lose visibility into important agreements. Automated reminders for key dates (renewals, expirations, compliance deadlines) have reduced missed deadlines significantly, which saves both time and potential costs. The advanced search and reporting tools allow our legal and operations teams to quickly find what they need and share insights with leadership.
