What do you like best about ContractHero?

Simple design of the contract toolkit, allowing each contract to be analyzed appropriately. Quick responses from support, very noteworthy. Customizability of AI evaluations through prompts that can be tested directly on the contract. Upload via email creates a simple integration into the daily work workflow. What do you dislike about ContractHero?

Questionable AI strategy. AI results should not be inserted into the export/as a value in the data field before they have been reviewed by humans. The consistency of the AI needs to be improved; currently, fields in identical contracts are extracted differently. Additionally, scalability needs to be improved. Especially the contact view is not convincing with several thousand contracts, as duplicates have to be merged individually and cannot be addressed via a multi-select field. Also, the import via table still needs improvement: why must the title and category be uploaded in addition to the ID when the ID is unique? Furthermore, with every upload, the value of a list field must be dragged and dropped to the Contract Hero value, even though they are identical. This costs time and nerves.
