I was able to quickly adapt and configure the software to suit our needs. It really adapts to how we want to use it, allowing the software to work for us. I also appreciate the excellent customer service. Simon Fox, our sales rep, and Tim Benthem, our Customer Success Manager, were great from start to finish. Contractbook has significantly sped up the process of creating contracts, taking what used to be a 30-45 minute task and shaving it down to minutes by automating contract creation through our CRM, Pipedrive. The initial setup was very easy; I was able to configure the platform and train our sales team within a couple of weeks. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** Nothing to Highlight! **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Contractbook for automating our contract creation, cutting down a 30-45 minute process to just minutes. It's easy to adapt and configure to our needs, which really lets it work for us. The customer service is also excellent. ### 2. Creating and sending contracts was simple. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** After several years of using Contractbook, I was charged for a full year of subscription even though I haven't used the platform in months. There was no clear renewal reminder, no prior contact, and above all, no consideration whatsoever when I immediately reached out after being billed. The customer support team simply referred me to the terms and conditions, with zero flexibility or understanding, despite my long-standing relationship and the fact that I haven't used the service at all. No goodwill gesture, no acknowledgment of the context. It’s disappointing—if not outright disrespectful—to treat loyal customers this way. When a company chooses to enforce a contract rather than build a lasting relationship based on trust, it says a lot. If you're considering using Contractbook, be extremely careful with the automatic renewal, because they will show no willingness to understand your situation, even in cases of honest mistakes or non-usage. The contract comes first. The customer comes second. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me manage and send contracts more efficiently, all in one place. The integration with hubspot was great and allowed our reps to seeamlessy generate contracts from Hubspot and then send them out via Contractbook. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** Nothing so far, and anything we've needed help with support has been there to help. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** They handle our contracting and e-signature ### 4. I like that you are able to use many different templates. I was impressed by the internal and external questionnaire. Specifically the external questionnaire helps with data security (GDPR) because we don't have to receive information through email from. Good technological knowledge of our software implementation specialist. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** I like being able to a notification to some on a messaging system (slack) to inform them that a contract has been sent out, but then I don't like the initials of that person on our document. Also, would love more options than either a table or all sentences in a row. Looking forward to additional features in text formatting of contracts in the future. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less human error due to more standardization of processes and using contract templates. They allow me to use CB not only as a digital siganutre platform, but also as an integrated solution of other business processes, both internal and external. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** As an IT/BI user, I genuinly don't dislike anything. I could however imagine that users who are not IT/BI knowledgeable would not utilize CB to it's full potential. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Generating employment contracts through Forms, thus streamlining the contract while also automating a process which otherwise would be manual. 2. Our project was by no means straigthforward and having their technical expertise has been incredibly helpful. We are able to see expiration dates and quickly know when an agreement is coming up for renewal. This will be an easier mainstream when it comes to external agreements. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** We should have had a meeting first about what all Contractbook could and could not do for our institution. Instead of 30 minutes, we should have been given a better introduction meeting and setup. If we had had a better introduction meeting, we would have spent less than six months setting up how Contractbook would work better for us. We were to the point of not moving forward because we were told too many times that Contractbook could not do that. Morgan Smith was extremely patient with us and heard what we needed for our institution and how Contractbook would work.
