  ### 1. Continu Makes Workshops Effortless with Smooth Registration and Simple Reporting

**What do you like best about Continu?**

What I like most about Continu is how easy it makes running workshops. Participants can register smoothly, and the Zoom/Teams integration means you don’t have to create a separate link. I also really value how straightforward the reporting is when I need to export data. I’m able to customize the information I need and filter through it easily.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

There isn’t much I don’t like about Continu. Whenever I need assistance, their Support team responds within minutes. The only thing I’d like to see added is a content builder within the platform.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue we were having with automatically integrating users. We have it set up so users are linked with our system to automatically bring in new employees. This saves us time, since we no longer have to manually enter users. Additionally, Continu allows learners to move beyond just compliance learning with their off the shelf content that employees can use to learn more than what is asked.

  ### 2. Challenging UI with Limited Usability

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I use Continu every day to manage learning across our team, so I have a clear sense of what it does well.

The navigation is genuinely intuitive on the admin side. Courses, reporting, and analytics are all where you would expect them to be, and that kind of logical layout makes a real difference when you are moving quickly between tasks. The UI is clean and well-organized, which makes the day to day management of our learning program feel a lot less heavy.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

While the admin experience is solid, there are several areas that have been genuinely frustrating in day to day use.

The learner experience is harder to navigate than it should be. The same intuitiveness that exists on the admin side does not carry over to the people actually going through the content, and that creates friction we have to manage every time we roll out something new.

Analytics has been a consistent pain point. Pulling completion data takes more effort than expected, and the engagement metrics are limited enough that it is difficult to get a real picture of how learning is landing across the team. That makes it harder to report meaningfully to leadership.

Integrations feel limited. There is not a lot there, and that becomes a gap when you are trying to connect your learning program to the broader tools your team already lives in.

Support has been okay when we have needed it, nothing exceptional but responsive enough. I was not part of the original onboarding so I cannot speak to that experience directly.

Performance and reliability have also been an issue. We have run into problems that are particularly disruptive when training is time-sensitive, and that kind of instability erodes trust in the platform over time.

On the AI side, there is not much to speak of. For a modern learning platform, the intelligence features are minimal at best, and that is a gap that becomes more noticeable as expectations in this space continue to rise.

Overall, the ROI has not met our expectations. The administrative experience works, but the gaps in learner usability, reporting, integrations, performance, and AI capability mean we are still spending more time working around the tool than we would like.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu allows us to upload SCORM files into the LMS. The navigation is easy, helping me access courses and analytics efficiently, with a good UI.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I like that Continu centralizes all of our learning, which is great because we can track learning progress for each learner. It's also nice that Continu allows creating content in various different ways.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

The layout of Continu is a little clunky and not as intuitive, making it hard to create content and look at assessments. You have to dive down really deep and do a lot of mouse clicks to get the information you're looking for as a trainer. It works decently for learners but is clunky for those doing the administration. In a recent update, the learning content changed its appearance and shrunk on our screen, so we'll have to do a lot of editing to make it look better.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Continu to centralize learning, tracking modules, assessments, and scores all in one place, which helps manage required learnings efficiently.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

The continue to improve and add in new features. Our company has been really leaning into this for even the smaller projects we are working on. Mostly it has been contained to our learning and development team but not it is more open where anyone can create their own trainings. Now we have a wide range of topics and course that are available. This helps us train and look for career growth opportunities since trainings for step level jumps are learnable. 

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I think the tracking is still a mit of a wonky issue. Some things don't complete even when you've made it to the end which can lead to some completion metrics being off and having an admin to manually close/end the course for someone 

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us the tools to train and onboard our team in a central location. We can have everything in continu so its easy for new hires since it all flows together back to back in a module.

Automated learning recommendations based on role is something great! Can help develop career path for employees

Video or material based learning rather than hands on which feels outdated. More sandbox test cases or simulations or projects will be better

Do use it once! you will not go back! It's very easy to use and the interface is extremely user friendly!

A single stop for all our learning needs! that's the problem Continu is solving and also making lessons more interactive!It's integration with tolls like slack helps us keep track of where we are and where we have to be(in terms of learning).

**What do you like best about Continu?**

What I like best about Continu is its ease of use and clean, intuitive interface. The platform is easy to navigate even for first-time users, which makes learning and daily usage smooth. Implementation is straightforward, and integrations with other tools work well without much manual effort. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, which makes issue resolution quick. Overall, Continu helps streamline workflows and centralize learning and content in one place, making it efficient for regular use.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

One downside of Continu is that some advanced features are limited or not very customizable. While the core functionality is strong, the number of features could be expanded, especially for reporting and analytics. Occasionally, certain integrations feel basic and could be more flexible. There is also room for improvement in performance when handling larger volumes of data or users, as it can feel slightly slow at times.

Continu solves the problem of fragmented learning and knowledge management by providing a single, centralized platform for training, onboarding, and content sharing. Instead of using multiple tools or manual processes, Continu brings everything into one place, making it easier to assign, track, and manage learning activities.

This benefits me by saving time, improving visibility into learning progress, and ensuring consistent access to up-to-date content. It also helps standardize onboarding and ongoing training, which improves productivity and reduces dependency on informal knowledge sharing. Overall, it makes learning more structured, accessible, and scalable across teams.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I like how easy Continu is to use. As a beginner, it is definitely user-friendly and not extremely hard to navigate like other platforms. I also appreciate the tracking capabilities because I can see on the backend how people did.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I think it could improve how items are uploaded; very touchy, very sensitive to what is uploaded in the system. Although tracking is good, it would be nice to be able to dive deeper into the tracking aspect. Also, content updates can get very overwhelming.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Continu as an LMS to manage training and resources. It helps track assignments, simplifies workflows, and its user-friendliness reduces questions from new hires, saving my team time.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

With recent improvements, Continu's course scheduling and assignment tool has been very helpful. However this has only been a recent change and it was difficult to navigate before and often failed. 

Continu displays Scorms packages perfectly and the courses people take rarely have any issues. 

You can get good data and insights into people's learning and course participation.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

Continu often fails to provide a seamless experience - for instance, you cannot open a course into a new tab from one of the search/homepages. 

Scorms often update slowly or fail to do so for a long period of time (sometimes up to 3 hours). 

When scheduling and assigning courses, it can take time to set up and the assignment helper often crashes resulting in you losing all your work.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu is our only LMS allowing us to provide detailed and consistent training, onboarding, and more to all our stakeholders. However, I focus particularly on sales and onboarding, product trainings, process + system training, and any changes that are introduced to sales team. These are put into a course and then uploaded + assigned to reps via Continu. 

It benefits us by helping deliver training to our stakeholders and track engagement on courses.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

I appreciate the notifications and metrics associated with modules.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

It is not an easy/intuitive platform to navigate. I am an admin and really struggle with modules not being automatically assigned every time, searching/finding modules, associating the correct learners/team with modules. Every time I use it, something is not assigned to a person when it should be.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu helps us assign education modules, but we are struggling with it's usability and automated assignments.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

Not much has been obvious in terms of recent improvements or changes..

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

It's cool that you can vote on roadmap items, and do things like change playback speed...but I find that a lot of these features are hidden and therefore probably aren't getting used often...which is unfortunate because people probably want to do some of these new things and simply aren't aware. Perhaps sending more updates to users about what's new/noteworthy? or having pop-up tutorials when something major is added.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Continu to keep my team accountable to changing processes, leveraging it for tracking training completion and easy navigation.
