What I like best about Contextual AI is that it focuses on trust, not just on being clever. Many AI tools give you an answer and leave you wondering where it came from. Here, every answer comes with sentence-level citations and highlighted boxes showing exactly where in the source document the information was pulled from. That makes it much easier to check the answer and feel confident acting on it.
I also like how quickly you can get started. You can use a prebuilt agent, describe what you want in plain language, or drag and drop, so you don't need a huge engineering effort to get something working. On top of that, the security setup (no training on your data, role-based access, SOC2 and HIPAA compliance) makes it feel ready for serious company use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much I'd call a dealbreaker, but a few things held me back. The biggest one is that there's no clear pricing or easy way to try it. Most paths lead to "Request a demo," so it's hard to judge the cost or test it on my own before talking to a sales team. That's a hurdle for smaller teams or anyone who just wants to experiment.
The platform also seems aimed at large companies in technical fields like engineering, finance, and legal. If you're a small business or a casual user, it may feel like more than you need. With so many pieces (context layer, agent orchestration, connectors, evaluation tools), I'd expect a learning curve before you get the most out of it.
Finally, the numbers on the site, like 70% cost savings and 30 days to production, sound impressive, but there's little detail on how they were measured. I'd want to see them proven on my own data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
