What do you like best about ContentWriters?

The rapport, friendliness and timely communication!! Once we were on the same page about the process, our expectations, likes/dislikes, CW was a well-oiled machine that was pumping out content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ContentWriters?

You have no direct line of communication with the writer (over a call, for example), so that took some time getting used to but not a major issue if you have a good account person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ContentWriters:

I'd recommend CW to anyone looking for a reliable content provider, especially in the lifestyle category (cannot personally speak to others but I know they are well-staffed). What differentiated the CW team is that they remain curious and educate themselves on the novelties in the industry. I'm an SEO specialist and it's always a pleasure when writers ask questions proactively and want to know more about organic optimization of content. That certainly was the case with Emily and the CW team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ContentWriters solving and how is that benefiting you?

The CW team helped us with content creation of various formats across industries but mostly lifestyle. Our requests were varied but they were always extremely accommodating & opened to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
