What do you like best about Contentful?

First and foremost, Contentful provides a very user-friendly interface for day-to-day users. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and clean, which is especially important for our brand and marketing teams. From a technical perspective, its best-in-class MACH principles align directly with our strategy from a product and product delivery standpoint. What do you dislike about Contentful?

Content at scale can quickly become chaotic without clear process and governance. In Contentful, content fragments need to be thoughtfully architected, with consistent naming conventions, shared definitions, appropriate access controls, and well-defined workflows. What problems is Contentful solving and how is that benefiting you?

Contentful provides a single source of truth for content across our customer experiences and our brands online. It powers content within our headless architecture, centralizing how we manage content so that one consistent source of truth can be used everywhere. It has also become pivotal to our MACH strategy.
