What do you like best about contentcloud?

We provide an extremely wide array of production and technology services to 70 of the top 100 customers across Canada, helping simplify all forms of marketing and regulatory communications, along with key products businesses need to operate day to day.

As Vice President of Commercial Acceleration, I’m constantly working across our commercial teams to find the latest content we use to introduce our services to potential new clients, communicate key deliverables for new projects, and present annual reviews that show the impact we’ve delivered to our contract clients.

Everything about Contentcloud makes it easier to load, find, and share assets quickly. It’s very easy to use, and it has become part of my everyday workflow. It is the fastest technology to onboard and has become an integral part of our martech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about contentcloud?

What problems is contentcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

contentcloud is helping our department upload files with ease, so associates coast to coast can quickly find the content their peers are creating. When you upload a file, it’s simple to manage it and replace it with a new version, which avoids the drama of hunting down v1, v2, v3, and “final” versions.

contentcloud’s AI tagging and content summaries also improve findability without relying on exact keyword meta-tagging, so it’s easy for anyone to upload a file and still have it be searchable.
