Me and my team have always had great experience with the support team. All feedback and suggestions for product updates are taken seriously as well, which is really great. It's clear that Zengenti cares about making sure that Contensis is as accessible and useable as possible. **What do you dislike about Contensis?** Some aspects of composition don't work, such as image cropping or image positioning in banners etc. This can get a bit annoying as sometimes things/bugs like this aren't always prioritise. Also, sometimes the support team isn't always clear about reasons for why issues happen. It usually takes a few days to get a reason why something has broken or fallen over. **What problems is Contensis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contensis is doing a good job at making sure that communication between admins and editors is the best it can be. However it can also be utilised by those more proficient in coding to significantly enhance the customer offering. **What do you dislike about Contensis?** The only real criticism I have of the product is there are sometimes unexpected and unusual bugs that present themselves. This is to be expected from digital software though and are promptly resolved via support. **What problems is Contensis solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have 2 seperate editorial teams with further devolved responsibility within the organisation. The UI is also great. The publishing process is quicker than any other CMS I have used. They're contsantly updating functionality to make it better and better, which is really great as you can tell that their customers are so important to them. **What do you dislike about Contensis?** At times it can be tough to deal with the help desk when I do have issues to raise. But this is occasional and not a frequent blocker. This means that we are able to keep things decentralised whilst at the same time retaining control. **What do you dislike about Contensis?** I can't really find much to fault about the product. I'm a real actively new user though to date I haven't encountered any issues that have prevented me from carrying out what I want to do. **What problems is Contensis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contensis allows multiple editors to produce content in a decentralised system. Zengenti offers reliable support and tickets and emergencies are responded to quite quickly. Updates and fixes are regular. We are currently migrating from Classic Contensis towards the new headless CMS UI which Zengenti is providing excellent 1-to-1 support as we make the transition. We are looking forward to the new features that the cloud-based Contensis will offer. Headless CMS gives our organisation the flexibility it needs to manage the content creation. Our developers can used their preferred skills sets without conforming to the limitations and concerns regarding the front-end development **What do you dislike about Contensis?** No complaints about the product. The new headless CMS may present a steep learning curve for some but we are receiving support from the Zengenti. No major issues that I know of with Contensis. **What problems is Contensis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hosting several smaller public facing sites that support our main site. We’ve used the system now for well over a decade for multiple sites and it’s proved reliable and adaptable for our needs. The support and maintenance side has kept us up-to-date allowing us to reach our global audience with ease. **What do you dislike about Contensis?** After almost 10 years of the "old fashioned" code model the move to react was quite a steep learning curve for us. However, now we are a couple of years in we are seeing major benefits. **What problems is Contensis solving and how is that benefiting you?** We host the main public website, plus two - soon to be three smaller business sites.
