On the creative side they presented multiple directions before we committed, then executed revisions fast and exactly to spec. Early on I would have liked a bit more written rationale accompanying the creative options they presented, just to speed up our internal decisions. They're at their best when the brief is complex, like explaining technical software visually. What problems is Contagia solving and how is that benefiting you? We run two very different products, a B2B geospatial software company and a premium consumer app, and both needed serious video and motion work. Contagia handled it all. Their team produced a detailed animated explainer that breaks down our entire software offering in a way our sales conversations never could, plus cinematic brand animation work for our consumer product.
