Being an agency, we needed to have our business contacts centralized and shared across relevant people. With ContactBook, I can manage our employee directory and other important contacts in groups such as clients, client team members, vendors, freelancers etc. and keep those groups shared across my team members so they always have up-to-date contacts. We also use their Google Workspace sync module that keeps contacts synced across all our Google accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
