What do you like best about ConsultBase?

ConsultBase is well organized and easy to understand. As a starting business, it's accessible and simple to onboard, and it's built so both I and my clients always know exactly what's happening with an engagement. It does what it's advertised to do: gives independent consultants a fully customizable, branded portal instead of a patchwork of disconnected tools. The built-in AI, Ivy, seriously cuts down the workflow hassle that comes with running a consulting practice solo.

The pricing holds up too. Starter's $31/month, and Pro moves you up to $63/month for Ivy and the built-in automation. Compare that to paying separately for a scheduling app, a payment processor, file storage, and a notes tool, and it's actually the cheaper stack. For a one-person shop, that's the real return: one bill, one login for my clients, and a portal that reflects the rates I charge instead of undercutting them. What do you dislike about ConsultBase?

I'm going to be brutally honest here, there is nothing that I disliked about the product. It does what it advertises, and does it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConsultBase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before this, I had files in Drive, payments in Stripe, and updates in Gmail, so my clients were checking three different places to find one deliverable. That's the actual problem it fixed. Everything lives in one portal now with my own branding on it, so I stopped looking like a guy with a laptop and started looking like an operation.

The part I use every day is the AI assistant. It handles invoicing, scheduling, and time tracking, and it shows me exactly what it's about to do before it does anything, so I'm never worried about it sending something on its own.
