What do you like best about Connext?

What I like best about Connext is the quality of the candidates they source and the flexibility of their operating model. I provide them with a job description for a specific role, and they handle the recruiting process by presenting several strong candidates for consideration. This saves significant time and results in high-quality hires that fit our needs.

Another major advantage is their commitment to ongoing training and development for their staff, which helps continuously improve skill levels over time. Their organization is SOC compliant, they provide strong account management support, and communication has always been professional and responsive.

I also appreciate the flexibility they offer regarding work schedules and time zones. Teams can work U.S. hours, overlapping schedules, or fully offshore schedules depending on business needs, which creates a very scalable and efficient operating model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Connext:

My recommendation to companies considering Connext is to approach the relationship as an extension of your internal team rather than simply outsourcing tasks. Start by preparing a detailed job description outlining the specific responsibilities, technical skills, and expectations for the role. This helps Connext identify and recruit candidates that are the best fit for your organization.

Once the team member is onboarded, treat them as part of your core team. Include them in meetings, communication channels, and team collaboration processes. We found that investing in relationship-building activities such as virtual team meetings and team-building events helped create stronger engagement and better overall performance.

As we continued to build trust and confidence in the Connext team, we expanded their responsibilities into more complex and strategic functions across accounting, finance, compliance, operations, and IT support. Companies that fully integrate the team members into their culture and workflows will likely see the greatest long-term success and value from the partnership. What problems is Connext solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connext has been a tremendous partner for both my prior startup and my current company. They originally helped support our growth during the early stages of a startup that ultimately went public, and I am now using them again with my next startup because of the strong experience we had working together.

We initially started with a single team member focused on expense report processing, but over time we continued expanding the relationship into more complex and strategic functions as our confidence in Connext grew. Today and in prior organizations, we have utilized Connext for accounting and finance support, SOX compliance auditing, payroll operations, billing and coding, and IT support.

Connext helped us scale quickly with high-quality talent at a significantly lower cost than building the same infrastructure domestically. Their support allowed us to grow efficiently while maintaining operational quality and strong internal processes.
