What do you like best about Connexity Shopping Ad Platform?

The best thing about Connexity is the account/customer care team in my experience. They are very professional and can manage enterprise accounts with ease. I've found them to be very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and timely in how they handle questions and requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connexity Shopping Ad Platform?

The user interface is kinda clunky and looks a little old, but it gets the job done. It's not a Google Ads and isn't as robust with features, but all the basic features are there.

They're also a black box in terms of how their network functions, how they make optimizations, etc. Any other data outside of basic performance metrics found in the UI have to be requested through them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Connexity Shopping Ad Platform:

What problems is Connexity Shopping Ad Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connexity is a great channel to find incremental revenue outside of the Googles and Bings of the world. Their network is smaller, so revenue potential is smaller, but it's still sizable enough that we are investing sizable amounts into marketing with Connexity.
