What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

The ease of learning and the ease of using the tool is what I like about Connectwise RMM the most. Scripting is also one of the features that I like, it not only fixes stuff automatically but also saves time for the tecnicial with automating basic tasks and documenting them. What do you dislike about ConnectWise RMM?

Nothing is perfect in this world there is always some room for improvement so is with this great tool. The tools efficiency and reliability can really be improved with continuous and quick updates. It runs on a little heavier side on resources of the system that can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConnectWise RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ConnectWise to monitor our clients throughout the globe. The product allows us to work remotely in a quick and precise manner. The remote capacity of the product allows us to remote in on our clients and the alerting technology works in unison with our ticketing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
