What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate?

Friendly user interface. It has plenty of remote tools such as remote restart, monitoring, and send commands to computers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate?

Sometimes it gets a bit glitchy, and you have to close the window and reconnect it to complete the task. It also needs to get updates more ofter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConnectWise Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving monitoring task never being more manageable, also bulk installer to all computers on my company has been improved and with the benefit of all computers are up to date is a big plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
