What do you like best about Connectly.ai?

Connectly has become one of the main partners for our business in WhatsApp mass communications, currently the channel gives us excellent openness and engagement with our customers.

The team has online support that is always ready to help and resolve doubts. We feel very well accompanied throughout the process.

Another issue to highlight is the continuous improvement that they are always promoting, incorporating new features to the platform, analytics and flow of campaigns that allow us to reach the data more easily and that the creation of campaigns is done with just a few clicks. What do you dislike about Connectly.ai?

The support team is great, however sometimes certain issues depend on META, so they can't fix it right away, but they are attentive to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connectly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly technical with a particular template, or delay in loading information in the proactive message. Everything related to platform issues are resolved as soon as possible in less than 24hrs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
