What do you like best about Connect?

I love using Connect for several reasons. The customer service is outstanding, always providing prompt support and making the setup process effortless by taking care of all the heavy lifting for me. This has given me peace of mind, knowing I have a reliable partner whenever there are issues with campaigns. I appreciate the more strategic options available on top of regular email deployments, and the pricing is very competitive. The detailed audience segmentation allows us to target effectively, resulting in successful renewals of contracts with our customers, which is crucial for us. The ability to pull and repurpose response data files enhances flexibility and further audience engagement, while frequent audience curation ensures our efforts remain relevant and fresh. Connect's seamless integration with Hubspot also works flawlessly, without any hiccups, making the overall experience smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connect?

I would make the status of the email deployments easier to see, as I currently have to dig deeper to find it. Additionally, I'd improve the reporting dashboard for emails, which can be confusing at times, and add some fundamental metrics like open rates and clickthrough rates. What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connect helps us deploy targeted emails, create custom audiences, and reach users we couldn't before.
