Take the time to ask questions and help them understand your business and business needs with pricing. The time spent setting up the solution with the solutions architect is well worth the time. Attend training and get a few super users up to speed. Data cleanliness prior to starting work helps as the loading schema for data is fairly rigid (that's a good thing though). What problems is Conga POM (Price Optimization & Management) solving and how is that benefiting you?
