I like the fact that Composer is tightly integrated into Salesforce and the integration is seamless enough that the whole layer is completely transparent to the user. Pricing is not an issue at the moment because we are on a bundled package, but this might change in the future. No complaints about the performance and the support is outstanding. UI/UX is as an end user is not an issue since its transparent, but for a composer admin, it could be better, especially with the parts around using MS Office to create templates, which is always a bugbear.
