What do you like best about Conga Composer?

Conga Composer is easy to use and implement. Their customer service has been fantastic and very responsive, I can't say enough good things about them. Anytime I encountered an issue they were quick to help me resolve it. We started slow with using Conga since our initial use case was limited but has since expanded and our team is now using it more frequently. What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

Template management I feel could be easier especially when attaching the merge file. I have over a hundred templates currently and growing and every time there is a change that effects multiple templates its can be time consuming to update everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Conga Composer?

I love Conga Composer's configuration feature; it's pretty awesome. It's easy to configure, update, and re-generate the button URL or link. The user-intuitive design allows any user to quickly learn how to configure Conga Solution records to set up document generation, eliminating the need for programming or technical knowledge. The initial setup is super easy and straightforward, with the basic setup taking about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Conga Composer to others, rating it a 10 out of 10. What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

Currently, the merge field mapping and Query set-up has to be done manually. If you can introduce a feature of drag and drop for Query creation and merge field mapping on the document template, that would be really awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Conga Composer?

I use Conga Composer for creating customized letters and documents in our Salesforce instance using merge fields. Composer makes it easy for users to send customized documents without having to type them up, which is a fantastic use of automation. Once it is set up, it is very easy for the user, and updating the templates is easy for the admin. Alos the technical assistance from their team has been wonderful. What do you like best about Conga Composer?

What do you like best about Conga Composer?

With the help of Conga Solutions, which is a part of Conga Composer's functionality, we have automated document properties such as the document name, access permissions, and adding a password for an extra layer of security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Conga Composer:

Make sure you have someone on the Conga Team train your staff and go through some sample quotes before implementing it to get all of the glitches/kinks sorted out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We often experience glitchiness. Sometimes there are missing fields on the agreement. We have to do this weird thing: save> edit lines> save again to make the discounts show up. I don't know if this is a salesforce issue or a conga issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
