What do you like best about Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ)?

Configuration Manager for Jira has truly simplified my work. What stands out most is how seamlessly it manages complex Jira migrations. What do you dislike about Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ)?

The only thing I truly dislike about CMJ is that the learning curve can feel a bit steep in the beginning. Because the tool is powerful and packed with features, it takes a little time to fully understand how everything works — especially if you're new to Jira admin tasks.

Occasionally, large deployments can take longer than expected, and I wish the progress feedback during these operations was a bit more detailed so I know exactly what’s happening behind the scenes.

What problems is Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ) solving and how is that benefiting you?

CMJ has solved one of the biggest challenges in Jira administration: safely moving complex configurations between environments without breaking anything. Before using CMJ, promoting changes from staging to production was stressful and time-consuming. Each deployment required manual checks, cross-referencing workflows, and praying that nothing would behave differently once pushed live.
