"ConfigCat Keeps Product and Engineering Aligned with an Easy-to-Use UI"

5/5

What do you like best about ConfigCat?

ConfigCat makes life a lot easier for both our product and engineering teams, without getting in the way with unnecessary features. On our side, we can quickly see which features are currently being tested through the ConfigCat UI, which helps us stay aligned on what’s in progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConfigCat?

Nothing much to add. ConfigCat does what it promises, and it does that job well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConfigCat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before ConfigCat, we rolled our own ad hoc feature-flag solution. It worked fine for engineering, since they have access to the source code and could quickly see which feature flags existed and how to test them.

What didn’t work well was updating feature-flag settings quickly, because it required deploying our application stack. For our product managers, it was also very difficult to find these flags in the code.

ConfigCat solved both problems by providing a nice UI for our product managers, and making it easy for us to roll out (or roll back) certain features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
