Moving from hard-coded feature flags to a dynamic solution has been a significant improvement for our company. ConfigCat makes feature flags simple to set up and allows us to easily target specific groups and functionality. We’ve found value in ConfigCat across multiple teams and use cases. Our biggest challenge with ConfigCat is that the plan limits have not scaled well with our usage. We’ve reached the limits for both feature flags and network traffic, and upgrading represents a significant increase in cost. The feature flag limit is particularly restrictive because developers sometimes have to remove existing flags before they can add new ones, which creates unnecessary overhead and can slow down development.
